Roles and responsibilities
- Write detailed, SEO-optimized blogs that provide useful insights and practical advice for a specific industry or audience.
- Develop social media content, such as captions, reel scripts, memes, and basic Canva designs, to increase engagement and attract interest.
- Create compelling website content and landing pages that effectively communicate the client’s brand message.
- Design persuasive marketing materials, including emails, newsletters, SMS, and push notifications, to encourage customer engagement and conversions.
Note: Please ensure, the roles and responsibilities are not limited to this.
Qualification
Education: Having a Bachelor’s degree is mandatory for this role. While, having a master’s degree is a plus.
Eligibility
Experience: Freshers are eligible to apply. If you have prior experience in writing SEO friendly blogs, that will be beneficial.

Mandatory Skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Strong research abilities to ensure accuracy and relevance in content.
- Open to feedback and able to make necessary improvements.
- Familiar with basic tools like Google Drive, Gmail, and Zoom.
- Eager to learn and adapt to advanced tools like Notion, Asana, and similar platforms.
Additional Skills
- Previous experience or familiarity with writing in the FinTech industry.
- Ability to use graphic design tools like Canva to create engaging visuals.
- Understanding of content marketing strategies and best practices to improve content performance.

Details about this role and salary
Working Hours
- Work hours from Monday to Friday are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
- Saturday work hours are 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
- Every month, third Saturday is an off-day.

Salary
- Candidates will be offered Rs. 15,000 during Probation period, which is of 1 month.
- After successful completion of Probation period, candidates will be offered Rs. 30,000 per month along with other employee benefits.
- Every 6 month, performance is reviewed by seniors and an increment is offered to the selected candidates.
