About the role as Service Desk Analyst
As a Service Desk Analyst at Wipro, your job is to help customers with their IT issues through calls, emails, chats, and portals. You will troubleshoot problems, provide solutions, and escalate issues if needed. Keeping records of issues, following company guidelines, and updating customers on their request status are key tasks. You will also ensure timely responses as per SLAs and suggest improvements to make the process better.
Roles and responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via calls, portal, emails, and chats.
- Understand each client’s applications and processes.
- Learn the basics of commonly used software, hardware, and equipment.
- Log all service desk tickets accurately using the tracking system.
- Record issues and their resolutions in logs.
- Update customers on the status of their requests.
- Escalate unresolved issues as per helpdesk policies.
- Share customer feedback, suggestions, and escalations with the relevant team.
- Ensure scorecard compliance with SoW for TAT, SLA, and performance targets.
- Identify and suggest process improvements.
Qualification
Education: Individual must hold a graduation degree to apply for this position. Post graduation is optional.
