Roles & Responsibilities
- Processing invoices and maintaining financial records in SAP
- Interacting with clients and internal teams to resolve accounting queries
- Preparing and maintaining daily financial reports.
- Following up on pending financial documents and payments.
- Ensuring all accounting transactions comply with company policies.
- Assisting in financial reconciliations and reporting.
- Supporting the accounts team in day-to-day operations.
Qualification
Education: For this role, candidate must hold degree in B.Com, M.Com or MBA in Finance
Eligibility
Experience: As Trainee Accountant at Volvo, candidate should have 0 to 1 year of experience.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel (mandatory).
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
- Ability to multi-task and handle finance-related queries efficiently.
- Problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
- Ability to work in different shifts as per business requirements
- Organized, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written).
- Comfortable with any shift timings
