Roles and responsibilities
- Understand the client’s question and do research to find a solution.
- Give professional, timely, and high-quality answers to customer queries.
- Meet the expected productivity and deadlines.
- Provide accurate and error-free responses to client questions the first time.
- Report any issues that could affect daily business operations.
- Help improve processes by finding the root cause of problems.
- Reduce client questions by creating helpful articles and spotting patterns in the questions asked.
- Take full responsibility for client questions and work with different teams to solve them.
- Manage client queries independently.
- Look for ways to improve the overall client experience.
- Suggest improvements for procedures or audits.
- Participate in training and mentoring on processes and procedures.
- Help with ongoing projects and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring everything is done on time and correctly.
- Represent the customer’s voice by reporting important trends and insights.
- Collaborate with the product, sales, and support teams to build a strong community and share information.
Required Qualification
- Education: Ideal candidate must have completed graduation or have done masters in Finance or Business administration (MBA).
- Experience: Freshers and experienced professional both are eligible to apply for this position.
Mandatory Skills
- Candidate must be highly skilled in using MS Excel.
- Must hold strong expertise in at least one technical tool such as Power BI, SQL, or Tableau.
- Proven ability to apply this skill successfully for reporting or data analysis tasks.
Good to have Skills
- Experience in linking public ownership of individuals or companies.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Focus on putting the client first.
- Proven expertise as a Subject Matter Expert in public ownership person/company linking.
- Knowledge of Capital IQ and Capital IQ Pro products.
