Roles and responsibilities
- The selected candidate will be responsible working for S&P Global Marketing Intelligence, a subsidiary of S&P Global.
- Responsible for developing libraries for reusable system components used for Research & Development.
- Contribute in designing meetings and influence decisions.
- Need to follow best coding practices and industry standards.
- Work on various technologies across the stack.
- Responsible for guiding and supporting other developers through knowledge sharing, code reviews, and training.
- Collaborate with a global, multicultural team.
- Communicate directly with developers and tech leads.
Qualification
- Education: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, IT or similar field.
Eligibility
- Required Experience: This position requires candidates having more than 2 years of experience working a Software Developer.
- Preferred Experience: Experience in fintech or regulatory technology is a plus.
Required Skills
- As Software Engineer at S&P Global Marketing Intelligence, you must be proficient in database commands and basic queries.
- Must posses strong knowledge of C#, writing clean, efficient, and scalable code.
- Should be experienced with cloud-based systems and familiarity with cloud products.
- Solid understanding of the .NET stack.
