Roles and responsibilities

Analytics and Reporting: Provide HR reports and dashboards, and develop predictive models and trend analyses to support HR projects.
Power BI Skills: Use Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports that show real-time HR data and trends.
Leadership Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports to senior leaders, focusing on key insights and strategic suggestions.
Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain HR dashboards to display important metrics and trends.
Collaboration: Work closely with HR partners and other teams to understand their data needs and deliver tailored reports.
Compliance: Make sure all HR analytics tasks follow data privacy and security rules.
Continuous Improvement: Keep up with the latest trends and technologies in HR analytics to enhance the analytics function.

Required skills

Understands the entire HR life cycle, from hiring to retirement.
Skilled in data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau, and proficient in SQL for database management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex data sets effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to present data insights to non-technical audiences.
Demonstrates strong project management capabilities.
Maintains high levels of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality, aligned with PwC’s purpose, values, and culture.

Required qualifications

Education: Ideal candidate must have completed graduation in Bcom, BBA or have done MBA.
Experience: Candidates must have at least 1 to 3 years of prior experience.
