PepsiCo, one of the well-known FMCG company is looking for candidates to join their team in Gurugram location as Customer Executive. This opportunity is for graduates and post graduates having 2 years of similar experience.
As a Customer Executive at PepsiCo, selected candidate will be responsible for delivering monthly targets and help growing Gross revenue. Candidates will also be responsible for increasing the Net Distribution and increase the numbers of outlets served.
Desired candidate for Customer Executive at the company might be good at local languages, so they can engage with local clients in their native language. Being good at local languages is optional, but knowledge of basic English speaking is must.

Roles and responsibilities
- Reach monthly sales targets and grow revenue.
- Plan delivery routes to save time and increase efficiency.
- Add more stores to expand product reach.
- Increase product variety in existing stores.
- Build good relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Train sales staff one-on-one to improve their skills.
- Set monthly goals for the sales team.
- Work with team members in the market to guide them.
- Check team performance through sales reports.
- Motivate the team with rewards and encourage them to achieve targets.
- Appoint or retire distributors for different areas.
- Ensure distributors make profits by following business plans.
- Reduce product waste by using proper stock rotation methods.
- Ensure distributors follow food safety rules.
- Help distributors improve their sales skills.
Required Qualification
- Education: Candidates must have completed their graduation or post graduation. Candidates having an MBA degree will be preferred.
- Experience: Mandatory to have 2 years of experience in similar roles.
Required Skills
- Must be good at negotiation.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good at managing people.
- Must have strong analytical mind along with good problem solving skills.
- Good at time management and prioritizing tasks.
- Must have knowledge of FMCG sales and distribution models.
- Having a good English speaking is must, while it’s good to know local languages.
- Basic Computer skills like Excel, word and Outlook is required.
