As Artificial Intelligence Center of Excellence, a person is responsible for researching in the domain of AI for its better and ethical implementation. They study and research about advancing AI & ML algorithms making it implementable and feasible for use of common people.
As FTC-AI CoE at Larsen and Toubro Ltd, desired candidate will be responsible for researching on advanced AI based algorithms and promoting the ethical use of AI. They will be responsible for ensuring consumer protection against AI related fraud and checking current governing AI policies.

Roles and responsibilities
- Support the creation, improvement, and testing of machine learning models.
- Clean, process, and analyze data to make it ready for model training.
- Work with different teams to understand business goals and apply machine learning solutions.
- Assist in testing, fine-tuning, and improving model performance.
- Write clear, organized, and well-documented code.
- Stay updated on new machine learning methods and tools.
- Share insights, reports, and visuals with both technical and non-technical teams.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Ideal candidate must have completed their bachelor’s and masters in Technology.
Eligibility
- Experience: Candidate must have 0 to 1 year of experience in Similar domain.
Skills

- Should have deep knowledge of machine learning techniques like regression, classification, clustering, and neural networks.
- Must be skilled in programming languages like Python, R, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
- Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving methods.
- Experience in data cleaning, feature selection, and model assessment.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Capable of working independently or with a team in a dynamic setting.
Required Skills
- Good to have hands-on experience with deep learning methods and frameworks.
- Understanding of cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Proficiency in using version control tools like Git is a plus.
- Skilled in SQL and database management.
