Roles and responsibilities
- Perform detailed data analysis to generate comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and deliver customized analytical solutions.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of data collection through meticulous validation and verification processes.
- Develop and implement data models and advanced analytical techniques to solve complex business problems.
- Leverage tools like SQL and Python to manipulate data and automate repetitive tasks for increased efficiency.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging analytical methodologies to drive process improvements.
- Assist lead analysts in identifying data trends and patterns to inform strategic business decisions.
- Participate in training and development programs to strengthen analytical skills and deepen business acumen.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field (mandatory).
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in data analytics, Python, SQL, or machine learning. (Advantage)
Required Skills
- Proficient in data analysis, enabling efficient interpretation and manipulation of complex datasets for actionable insights.
- Strong data visualization skills for presenting findings through effective visuals like charts and graphs.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to independently approach challenges and identify solutions.
- Practical knowledge of SQL for querying databases and managing essential data.
- Familiarity with Python to conduct data operations, automate workflows, and build models.
- Understanding of machine learning principles to contribute to predictive modeling and business insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data organization, calculations, and graphical representation.
