Roles and responsibilities
- Check documents for companies, charities, or people.
- Follow rules and policies for KYC (Know Your Customer) and CDD (Customer Due Diligence).
- Ask for missing information or documents if needed.
- Review details of owners and key managers.
- Check for any sanctions or negative news about them.
- Finish reviews quickly and properly.
- Suggest ways to make the process faster and more accurate.
- Stay updated on new rules.
- Update processes to match new regulations.
- Use tools to check if customer actions are genuine.
- Review activities for different products.
- Track issues to make sure they get solved on time.
- Fix simple problems using rules and past examples.
Qualification
Graduate from any stream are eligible for this job role. (BA, B.COM, B.TECH, B.SC, BBA, BCA etc.)
Required Skills
- Experience Needed: Work in back office, compliance, investigations, AML/KYC, or account and audit reviews.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet usage, and general computer skills.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and understand instructions well.
- Critical Thinking: Strong skills in analyzing problems and making logical decisions.
Preferred Skills
- AML and KYC Experience: Worked on AML and KYC tasks.
- Review KYC Records: Regularly review KYC records.
- Client Onboarding: Perform client onboarding checks.
- Investigations: Conduct detailed investigations.
- Research and Solutions: Independently research and analyze issues.
- AML/KYC Controls Knowledge: Know AML/KYC controls.
- Sanction Screening and Verification: Experience in sanction screening and KYC.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and investigative skills.
- AML/KYC Terminology: Excellent understanding of AML/KYC terms.
- Tools Experience: Experienced with Actimize, RDC, Fortent, Norkom, Lexis Nexis, Bridger XG, SIEBEL, and Dow Jones.
