Roles and responsibilities
- Interact with clients to address their queries, resolve concerns, and keep records up to date.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions for client issues.
- Possess at least 1 year of experience with help desk software such as Freshdesk or Zendesk.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to efficiently manage and resolve challenges.
Eligibility Criteria
- 1 to 5 years of previous customer service experience is required.
- At least 1 year of experience with help desk software like Freshdesk or Zendesk is necessary.
Required skills
- Experience with both phone-based and chat-based customer service.
- Must have a neutral accent for clear communication.
- Positive attitude and calm under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent writing skills to explain complex issues over email.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to focus on accuracy.
- Flexibility to work during EST hours (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST).

- Fully remote work from home opportunity.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (slightly flexible).
- Salary range: $400 to $700 per month, depending on experience.
