Gainwell is offering Data analyst jobs for freshers at Bangalore location with a hybrid work opportunity. This is a full-time opportunity with 2-3 days on-site work. The selected candidates have to work at US-timings and late traveling will be required.
A Data analyst has to collect data from various sources and then clean the data. The collected data are generally have of missing values, duplicacies which has to be removed before performing any analysis. After cleaning, data analyst have to analyze the data using various tools and technologies available in the market as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and so on.
As a data analyst at Gainwell, selected candidate will be responsible for working closely with Database Adminstartion team and configuration team to ensure the uniformity of data and synchronicity within the multiple interface of the data.
As a data analyst the candidate is expected to have knowledge of using technologies used for data analysis. Candidate is expected to have familiarity with SQL to communicate with multiple databases and have experience of areas like Conversions, Interfaces and reporting.

Roles and responsibilities
- Create clear and accurate mapping documents by following the mapping process.
- Quickly identify which mapping details can be completed later to deliver a first draft for ETL, reporting, or data conversion.
- Assist ETL, reporting, and conversion developers by providing well-prepared mapping documents.
- Collaborate with the configuration team and database administrators (DBAs) to ensure that configurations align with interfaces and mappings.
Required qualification
- Education: Must have completed graduation.
- Experience: Freshers are eligible too.
- Preferred qualification: Having experience in QXNT is preferred.
Required skills
- Knowledge of healthcare or business in areas like members, eligibility, TPL, claims processing, providers, or pharmacy claims.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in data mapping.
- Experience in conversion, interface, or reporting.
- Familiarity with QXNT is a plus but not required.
