Skills Required

• Service Desk Management
• Service Desk Voice Support

Good to have Skills:

1. Experience with incident management tools.
2. Strong understanding of ITIL framework and processes.
3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
4. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.

Qualification Requirements:

Any Graduate (completed 15 years of full-time education).

Eligibility Criteria:

• The candidate should be a graduate with 0-2 years of experience in Service Desk Management.
• Freshers with mentioned skills can also apply.
