Roles and responsibilities
- Provide key support in change management, organization design, talent development, succession planning, rewards, and employee relations.
- Offer guidance on people strategies to senior leaders, helping them build strong teams during times of change.
- Work on improving employee engagement and retention by identifying opportunities and creating plans to keep key talent.
- Partner with specialized teams to bring new skills and help employees grow within the company.
- Ensure smooth execution of key people processes like performance reviews and talent management.
- Use data analytics to find patterns and trends in employee engagement, performance, and retention, and help leaders make informed decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Candidate must have completed their Bachelor’s degree. Having a Post graduation degree is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience is required. Having an experience in HR related field previously is preferred.

- Deep understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in building relationships and collaborating with people at all organizational levels.
- Strong in problem-solving and making decisions.
- Capable of handling confidential information carefully.
- Proficient in using HRIS systems and other HR-related software.
- Confident and proactive when interacting with leaders.
- Strong judgment in various situations.
- A great team player who values brainstorming, open communication, and teamwork with colleagues in the People team.

- Having professional certifications like PHR or SHRM-CP.
