S&P Global, a multiple-national company is hiring candidates for People Partner – Market Intelligence position, to join their team at Gurgaon location. This position is associated with Human Resource Management where Freshers are too eligible to apply.

Roles and responsibilities

Provide key support in change management, organization design, talent development, succession planning, rewards, and employee relations.
Offer guidance on people strategies to senior leaders, helping them build strong teams during times of change.
Work on improving employee engagement and retention by identifying opportunities and creating plans to keep key talent.
Partner with specialized teams to bring new skills and help employees grow within the company.
Ensure smooth execution of key people processes like performance reviews and talent management.
Use data analytics to find patterns and trends in employee engagement, performance, and retention, and help leaders make informed decisions.

Required Qualifications

Education: Candidate must have completed their Bachelor’s degree. Having a Post graduation degree is a plus.
Experience: No prior experience is required. Having an experience in HR related field previously is preferred.

Required skills

Deep understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skilled in building relationships and collaborating with people at all organizational levels.
Strong in problem-solving and making decisions.
Capable of handling confidential information carefully.
Proficient in using HRIS systems and other HR-related software.
Confident and proactive when interacting with leaders.
Strong judgment in various situations.
A great team player who values brainstorming, open communication, and teamwork with colleagues in the People team.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Having professional certifications like PHR or SHRM-CP.
Experience working with different people from around the world.
Knowing employment laws and rules in the areas you work.
Experience using HR data to make smart decisions.
Familiar with hiring and onboarding new employees.
Experience in managing change and helping organizations grow.
Proven ability to influence others and achieve good results.
