Roles and responsibilities
- Use Asana and other tools to track and organize daily tasks.
- Write short summaries of the day’s tasks for the executive team.
- Check emails, respond to important ones, and alert the team about urgent issues.
- Manage Slack messages, making sure they are answered quickly.
- Go to meetings, take notes, and send summaries to participants.
- Help schedule meetings and keep track of the executive’s calendar.
- Create agendas for meetings with clients, making sure they match their needs and goals.
- Prepare agendas for internal team meetings and follow up on project progress.
- Keep track of ongoing projects to ensure tasks are on time.
- Work with the team to solve problems and update the executive on project status.
- Help come up with new marketing ideas and plans with the executive team.
- Research trends to improve the company’s marketing.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Graduates and non-graduate candidates, both are eligible.
- Experience: Any candidate having the desired skills is eligible to apply for this role.
Required Skills
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
- Comfortable using tools like Asana, Slack, and other productivity apps.
- Great at staying organized and managing time well.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Can handle confidential information responsibly.
- Good at thinking ahead and solving problems.
- Experience in marketing or strategy is a plus.
