YASH Technologies, one of the emerging Technology oriented Indian company is looking for Associate- Process Excellence- Software Quality Assurance position. This is a full-time opportunity at Hyderabad branch of the company, candidates with experience of 1 to 3 years are eligible to apply for this role.
This is an Engineer level position and the work of Software Quality Assurance is to perform various types of testing including Black Box testing and Beta testing. Their work is to maintain the quality of softwares at CMMI Level 5 by following the guidelines and standard checks.
As a Associate- Process Excellence- Software Quality Assurance engineer, the selected candidate will be responsible for delivering client’s project maintaining all the standards based on ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and CMMI Level 5. Selected candidates will need to conduct monthly internal audits. The reports will be shared with all the team members for better performance.

Roles and responsibilities
- Ensure that the project’s process aligns with the client’s requirements. Make sure to Integrated Management System (IMS) based on ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and CMMI Level 5.
- Collect project metrics and verify their accuracy.
- Conduct internal audits every month and share reports with other team members.
- Lead weekly sessions and publish reports on findings.
- Participate in internal team discussions and project review meetings.
- Provide training at the project level as needed.
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks and ensure their completion.

- Education: Candidate must be graduated or Post graduated for this role.

- Required Experience: Candidate must have at least 1 to 3 years of experience working in similar role.

Technical Skills
- Process Standards and Models:
- Must be familiar with common process excellence standards and models. Able to understand the basics but has limited hands-on experience in applying them.
- Facilitation:
- Must know fundamental facilitation techniques and can lead small group discussions. Encourages participation and ensures everyone gets a chance to speak. Can assist with process improvement initiatives but may need guidance from experienced facilitators.
- Audits:
- Understands how to conduct audits by following predefined checklists and guidelines. Can identify discrepancies and report findings to senior auditors.
- Process Management:
- Has a basic understanding of process management concepts and terminology. Can follow established processes with some guidance, especially in different project types.
- Measurements and Improvement:
- Understands the importance of measuring performance and using data for improvement. Has basic knowledge but limited hands-on experience in implementing measurement techniques.
