Roles and responsibilities

Compile appendices for clinical study reports as per regulatory requirements.
Ensure documents meet guidelines with support from project leads and medical writers.
Use publishing software to format and hyperlink documents correctly.
Format clinical documents in MS Word, insert tables if needed, and distribute drafts and final versions.
Maintain high-quality standards before submitting documents.
Assist colleagues with software and document-related issues.
Ensure documents meet submission standards before team or client distribution.
Verify compliance with regulatory guidelines and company SOPs.
Review documents prepared by others before final submission.
Act as the main point of contact for document compilation and publishing projects.
Support in setting project timelines and resolving issues.
Communicate document expectations, review drafts, and track approvals.
Manage and organize project files and documentation.
Handle financial and contractual aspects under supervision.
Complete all required corporate and project-related training.
Help train and mentor new team members when needed.
Attend team and company meetings as required.
Follow internal procedures and update project assignments on company software.
Provide administrative support if needed.

Qualification

Education: Candidate must be graduated.
