Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand the company’s vision and align with its mission to achieve set goals.
- Maintain and manage client information using CRM tools.
- Handle calls, emails, and WhatsApp conversations with clients from regions like the US, Canada, Middle East, ANZ, EMEA, and LATAM.
- Effectively communicate course details and convert potential leads into customers.
- Utilize and master customer relationship management software and related tools.
- Proactively engage with leads and address their queries.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
- Must own a laptop.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
