Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand and design test cases based on business requirements, ensuring error-free execution.
- Automate testing processes using tools like VB macros and implement efficient frameworks.
- Prepare and share detailed test reports, dashboards, and defect tracking with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality testing solutions.
- Ensure on-time delivery, SLA compliance, and high customer satisfaction through effective processes.
- Focus on client-centricity, execution excellence, and achieving consistent results.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of test requirements, test case design, and planning based on business needs.
- Expertise in automation tools like VB macros, GUI automation, and scheduling processes.
- Proficiency in designing and executing automation frameworks and test environments.
- Skilled in defect detection, defect reporting, and ensuring compliance with project norms.
- Experience in preparing test status dashboards and providing stakeholder feedback.
- Excellent collaboration skills with developers, test engineers, and clients for testing solutions.
- Knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and setting testing parameters.
- Competent in using tools like eCube, TMS, and maintaining accurate project trackers.
- Focus on client-centric communication, timely reporting, and SLA compliance.
Qualification
Any Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech preferred)
