Roles and Responsibilities

Perform routine clerical tasks as part of daily operations.
Receive, log, batch, and distribute work assignments.
Manage filing systems, photocopying tasks, and handle phone inquiries.
Organize and distribute incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
Follow instructions from supervisors regularly and escalate any queries or concerns to experienced team members.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or any related field. (BBA, BCom, BMS etc.)
0–1 year of experience in banking or financial services, including a minimum of 6 months of training or internship experience in a relevant field.

Required Skills

Proficiency in alphanumeric data entry.
Strong typing skills with an accuracy rate of 98% or higher.
Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including U.S. operational shifts (night shifts in India).

Roles and Responsibilities

Perform account reconciliation and balance-related tasks.
Investigate and resolve moderately complex accounting issues and exceptions.
Handle and resolve disputes involving customers, clients, and vendors related to account balancing.
Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to address issues and achieve organizational objectives.

Qualification

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. (BBA, BCom, BCA, BTech, MTech, MBA, MSc., BSc., M.Com etc.)
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in operational accounting, demonstrated through professional experience, training, military service, or education.

Required Skills

Proficiency in operational accounting, including reconciliation and balancing.
Knowledge of Commercial Mortgage Servicing and related reporting processes.
Ability to interpret loan documents and servicing agreements.
Strong analytical and risk management skills.
Experience with tools like Strategy Loan Accounting System (preferred).
Effective communication and escalation handling skills.
Detail-oriented with multitasking capabilities.
Flexibility to work shifts and meet deadlines professionally.

Job Overview – Finance Associate

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in conducting research on financial data and compiling reports specific to the functional area.
Gather internal financial data, perform analysis, and ensure accuracy through testing.Address routine issues related to risks, policies, or procedures and provide prompt resolutions.
Contribute to operational tasks such as maintaining ledger accounts, ensuring data accuracy under the direction of a supervisor.
Apply independent judgment while preparing data to support research on product lines and strategic initiatives.
Stay informed and compliant with risk management and regulatory requirements for the assigned area.
Work collaboratively with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve challenges and meet objectives.

Qualification

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. (BBA, BCom, BCA, BTech, MTech, MBA, MSc., BSc., M.Com etc.)
At least 6 months of experience in finance, which can include professional work, training programs, military service, or educational projects.

Required Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis.
Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in financial data processing.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with tools like Alteryx and financial reporting systems is beneficial.
