Roles and Responsibility
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Customer Assistance: Provide prompt support via calls, emails, or chat to address user concerns.
- Installation and Configuration: Install, update, and configure software and hardware as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions in ticketing systems.
- User Training: Guide users on system usage, best practices, and preventive measures.
- System Monitoring: Track system performance and proactively address potential issues.
- Collaboration: Work with other teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
- Updates and Maintenance: Perform routine updates and maintenance to ensure system stability.
Eligibility
Graduates, whether freshers or experienced, are eligible.
Qualification
For freshers – They must have completed B.Tech, M.Tech, or BE. (Mandatory)

- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of operating systems, hardware, and networking.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Communication: Clear and simple explanations for non-technical users.
