Roles and Responsibilities
- Address and resolve student doubts quickly and accurately, adhering to a 15-minute resolution time.
- Demonstrate expertise in at least one subject: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Mathematics for JEE/NEET.
- Meet daily performance targets while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Analyze feedback and proactively reach out to students for better clarity.
- Manage tasks independently while contributing to team objectives.
- Engage in training sessions and adapt to new processes and challenges.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Postgraduate qualifications are preferred but not mandatory.
Required Skills
- Strong command of JEE/NEET subject matter.
- Quick and efficient doubt-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities (verbal and written).
- Logical and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for teaching.
- High energy and enthusiasm for mentoring students.
