Roles and responsibilities

  • Evaluate IT contact transactions and sample them.
  • Report evaluation results to the Quality/Operations team.
  • Coach IT Ops/Service Desk executives based on evaluations.
  • Identify process-level gaps and work with Operations to resolve them.
  • Analyze evaluation data and highlight trends for improvement.
  • Coach agents to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  • Identify training needs based on evaluation trends and create action plans.
  • Participate in calibration sessions with stakeholders and Operations.
  • Stay updated on program strategies and organizational priorities.
  • Support management in reviewing metrics, key drivers, and processes affecting KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Must be Graduated in any stream.
  • Strong technical knowledge, especially in IT/Service Desk operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
