About the Role
Relationship Executives are responsible for handling calls from premium account customers. They assist by answering questions about various banking products and services, resolving customer issues, and providing excellent support. Their role also includes discussing products like personal loans, home loans, credit cards, auto loans, and insurance, while identifying opportunities to generate leads for these offerings. By ensuring a smooth and friendly experience, they help maintain strong relationships with valued customers and contribute to the bank’s success.
Role and Responsibilities
- Build Strong Relationships: Foster meaningful customer connections by aligning their needs with business goals.
- Proactive Client Engagement: Regularly interact with clients to manage their portfolio and meet their banking and product requirements.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver prompt and efficient service to ensure a superior customer experience.
- Sales Support: Share market updates and recommend tailored solutions through up-selling and cross-selling.
- Single Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact for all customer banking needs.
Qualification and Eligibility Criteria: (Mandatory)
- Graduate or Undergraduate in any subject.
- Freshers without any prior experience are eligible.
- Must know English. (Written and speaking)
Required Skills
- Basic Computer Skills such as typing, excel etc.
- Basic manner of writing mail, letters and applications.
- Ability to deal with customer’s queries and provide them solutions based on their query.
- Good in communication.
