Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage MIS, accounting, and P&L reporting. Implement automation where needed.
• Perform variance analysis for revenue and expenses and identify reasons for discrepancies.
• Prepare audit schedules, aging reports, financial disclosures, and report to stakeholders promptly.
• Assist in implementing internal financial controls and accounting policies.
• Focus on process improvements by understanding the business and underlying data.
• Coordinate due diligence, internal audits, and statutory audits.
• Manage accounts receivable and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Education

• CA Inter or BCom / MBA.
• 1+ years of experience in finance and accounts receivable processes.

Skills

• Proficiency in finance and accounts receivable processes.
• Experience in a start-up environment (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of:
  • Financial statements and MIS.
  • GST and Income Tax regulations.
  • Financial reporting tools such as Oracle, Finly, Navision, and Tally.
• Understanding of statutory and tax audits (advantageous).
• Ability to analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights.
