Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer billing inquiries and account verification.
- Resolve customer issues using databases and technical resources.
- Coordinate with internal departments for escalations and schedule technician visits.
- Participate in job-related training sessions.
Qualification
- Both High School diploma and graduates are eligible.
- Basic PC skills with experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-diagnosis and problem-solving abilities.
- Multitasking with several applications.
- Experience with CRM applications (preferred).

- Minimum 2.0 GHz Dual Core processor, 2 GB RAM (4 GB preferred).
- 10 GB available hard drive space and a sound card.
- Compatible with Windows 7, 8, or 8.1.
- Internet: Minimum 1 Mbps upload and 15 Mbps download speeds.
