About this role
As Customer Support – Trainee you will be helping customers to understand and use the software properly. You will be guiding users, solving their issues related to software, and make sure everything runs smoothly. The main goal of this role is to improve customer experience.
Roles and responsibilities
- Provide client support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Troubleshoot issues with step-by-step solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams as needed.
- Assist clients in using the SP digital logistics platform.
- Monitor user adoption and ensure KPI compliance.
- Conduct review meetings to drive product adoption.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop strategies to enhance user engagement.
- Configure user accounts and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Create support documents and tutorials for self-help.
- Train users via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate client interaction records.
- Generate reports on user engagement and suggest improvements.
- Work with teams to drive product growth and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product updates.
- Build strong client relationships to increase referrals and ratings.
- Identify opportunities for further digitalization.
Qualifications
- Education: Must hold a graduation degree in Tech, engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, supply chain management, or any of the relevant field.
