Roles and responsibilities

  • Handle questions of customers on call.
  • Questions will be asked by Delivery partners and you have to answer using Zomato DP (Delivery Partner) platform.

  • Required Education: 12th pass outs, diploma pass outs, graduates, or post graduates, anyone can apply for this role.

Eligibility

  • Required Experience: No prior experience is required. Freshers & people having experience, both can apply.

Skills

  • Good in English & Hindi, both written and spoken.
  • Must know how to use laptop.

Other Details

  • A training will be provided to the selected candidates. Training will be on-site of Startek Lucknow Office.
  • Candidate must have their own laptop & Wi-Fi for this role.
  • You have to do work for 6 days a week.
  • Work will be of 9 hours a day, with 1 hour break.
