Roles and responsibilities
- Analyze technical documents and provide valuable feedback on time.
- Develop well-structured and detailed test plans and cases.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage testing activities effectively.
- Create and execute automated test scripts using open-source tools.
- Detect, document, and track software bugs thoroughly.
- Conduct regression testing after fixes to ensure stability.
- Establish testing procedures for both new and existing products to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand system needs.
- Oversee the debugging process and evaluate results.
- Identify software issues, find solutions, and guide users in implementation.
- Monitor quality assurance metrics, such as defect rates and unresolved issues.
- Continuously explore and adapt to new testing tools and techniques.
Qualification
Education: Anyone having a Bachelor’s degree or a masters degree are eligible to apply for this role.
Eligibility
Experience: Candidate do not need to have any prior experience. While having a prior work experience is a plus.
Skills
- Experience in software quality assurance.
- Good understanding of QA methods, tools, and processes.
- Ability to write clear test plans and test cases.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
- Skilled in identifying and automating test cases to improve efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for functional testing.
- Experience using Selenium and Appium for web and mobile automation.
- Knowledge of API automation testing.
- Familiarity with Java or other programming languages.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, MongoDB, and browser debugging tools.
- Good grasp of software quality standards and best practices.
- Experience in performance or security testing is a plus.
