- For graduates from other fields or non-graduates: At least 3 years of experience in Technical Support, Consultant, or similar roles.
Required Skills
- English Language: Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Candidates who have done certification in Azure or AWS will be preferred for this role.
