Roles and responsibilities
- Manage global client operations by supporting robust reporting systems and ensuring data integrity across all stages of information management
- Implement data quality controls and continuously monitor dashboards and reports to identify and mitigate risks
- Ensure timely refreshes of Tableau dashboards, troubleshoot performance issues, and apply minor logic and UI updates as needed
- Manually extract and analyze data in cases where automation is unavailable, ensuring minimal disruption to reporting
- Design, maintain, and optimize interactive Tableau dashboards following UX and performance best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather reporting needs and drive automation initiatives
- Deliver monthly reports and ad-hoc analysis to support executive decision-making and strategic planning
- Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources including SQL, Excel, Anaplan, and internal forecasting tools
- Support organizational data transitions by adapting reporting structures and ensuring consistency across systems.
- Maintain and enhance data processing flows using Tableau Prep, SSIS, and Python to ensure efficient and scalable data pipelines.
- Uphold data governance standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and shared understanding across the organization.
Qualification
- Education:
- Graduation: Must have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Stats, or Business related domain.
Eligibility
- Required Experience: This position requires candidate with strong 2 to 4 years of experience working as Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar role.
Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau (Desktop, Prep, and Server), Excel, and SQL across platforms like Oracle, Hive, and MySQL.
- Skilled in analyzing large and complex datasets to uncover patterns and deliver actionable business insights.
- Exposure to Python, R, or SAS for automating data workflows and advanced analytics.
- Familiar with Tableau Server management, including user access, performance monitoring, and dashboard optimization.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for data accuracy and consistency.
- Strong communicator with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledgeable in creating intuitive dashboards following best practices for data visualization and user experience.
- Experience blending data from multiple sources, especially financial and operational domains, to support decision-making.
