- As a customer support executive you must understand and address client’s requirements.
- You need to ensure client’s satisfaction by delivering accurate, clear, and complete information.
- You must be able to respond customer’s inquiries via email with accuracy.

- You will be responsible for performance metrics such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), daily ticket resolutions, percentage of tickets solved, and One-Touch Response Rate.
- You have to handle high volume of tickets.
