Roles and Responsibilities

Receive and log incident tickets.
Fix basic AWS issues.
Escalate complex issues to senior teams.
Monitor AWS performance and availability.
Respond to alerts and take action.
Update and maintain knowledge base articles.
Document troubleshooting steps and solutions.
Communicate clearly with customers to understand their issues.
Explain technical problems in a simple way.
Follow security policies and best practices.
Identify and report security threats.

Qualification

Must have completed their graduation. Having a master’s degree is optional.

Eligibility

Education: Must have a degree. (Bachelor’s / Master’s)
Experience: No prior experience is required.
Certification: Having an AWS Certification is a plus.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

Basic troubleshooting skills.
Strong knowledge of AWS core services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, etc.).
Familiarity with command-line interfaces and scripting (Bash, PowerShell).
Deploy and configure AWS resources using predefined templates.
Perform regular backups and restore data when needed.
Identify ways to optimize AWS usage and reduce costs.

Able to work independently and in a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
