Roles and responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS)
- Follow SOPs and security guidelines to maintain high availability
- Analyze logs and cloud service metrics to detect issues early
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure uptime and support
- Apply best practices for cloud system optimization
- Document and escalate incidents or system performance issues
- Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly
- Stay updated with cloud technology trends and tools
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver high-quality output
Qualification
- Education:
- Graduation: B.Tech, B.Sc (CS/IT), BCA, or relevant Bachelor’s degree.
Eligibility
- Required Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers eligible).
Skills
- Strong understanding of AWS Cloud Platform
- Familiar with monitoring tools, logs, and cloud consoles
- Good communication & teamwork skills
- Problem-solving attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow in a cloud-focused role
Additionally Preferred Skills
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Associate Level
- Basic knowledge of Linux, networking, or DevOps tools
