- Diversity & Research:
- Promote diversity and engage diverse talent networks.
- Track trends and recommend improvements.
- Reporting:
- Analyze metrics and prepare recruitment reports.
Qualification
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.
Eligibility
- Over 2 years of recruiting experience, with a preference for both tech and non-tech hiring
- Solid understanding of technical and non-technical roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
