NTT Data has recently announced vacancy for Data analyst at Bangalore location. This role is for freshers and fully hybrid work.

NTT Data is a big MNC having its branches in major Indian metropolitan cities like Bangalore, Noida, Pune, and so on. This hiring has to be done for Bangalore location where selected candidate have to work in a hybrid mode. Few days in a week candidate have to work from the office, while rest of the days they’ll be working remotely.

Roles and responsibilities

Act as a link between business needs and technology.
Analyze and solve business problems using tech solutions.

Help develop and improve services and platforms.
Create user guides, templates, and training materials.
Assist in fixing service issues.
Follow company processes and guidelines.
Report problems and ask for help when needed.

Qualification

Educational: Must have a bachelor’s degree in field such as IT, Business, or any related.
Certification: Must have relevant certification in any of these technologies: Python / SQL / Databricks

Eligibility

Experience: Must have relevant knowledge or experience in the same field.

Skills

Good understanding of business processes and practices.
Strong teamwork and client service skills.
Experience with systems, processes, and technologies.
Great attention to detail, even under pressure.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Experience in process mapping tools.
Ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders.
Knowledge of project management methods.
Strong analytical skills to turn business needs into solutions.
Proficiency in documentation (requirements, test cases, user guides).
Experience with Microsoft tools (Exchange, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
Familiarity with service management tools (ServiceNow, Siebel, Remedy, SAP is a plus).
