Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for solving customer technical problems.
  • Use troubleshooting tools and work with different teams to find solutions.
  • Help in building communities and groups where team members can share details and grow together.
  • Attend training programs to improve technical and professional skills.
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Spot product problems and report them to improve products and processes.
  • Focus on making clients happy.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or a related field. Or
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, technical consulting, or IT roles. Or
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, technical consulting, or IT roles.

Language

  • Proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking.

Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years in customer-facing roles, handling technical or product support.
  • Practical experience with Azure technical support or similar technologies.
  • Proven ability to support large enterprise environments with over 1,000 users spread across various locations.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Any Two or More Areas:
    • Active Directory, ADFS, SSO configuration, Azure Identity Protection, Identity Management, O365 Identity, Azure MFA.
    • 3+ years managing Microsoft Windows 2008 and Windows 2012 Servers.
    • Hands-on expertise with Azure Active Directory (AAD), ADFS, AADConnect, and Exchange Online.
    • Deep understanding of Active Directory Services, including Group Policies, FSMO Roles, DNS Zones, and Replications.
    • Familiarity with PKI, authentication protocols, and troubleshooting Active Directory, Windows Networking, Replication, DFSR, Group Policy Management, and Certificate Services.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical documentation.

Additional Knowledge and Experience (Preferred)

  • Familiarity with cloud technologies like Azure Identity Management and ADFS.
  • Experience using PowerShell scripting and command-line tools.
  • Additional certifications in technology and understanding of advanced security concepts are a plus.
