Roles and responsibilities
- Help in setting up and managing Google Cloud services like virtual machines, databases, and storage.
- Work with data teams to analyze and manage data using GCP tools like Big Query.
- Keep an eye on cloud resources to ensure they are working properly and efficiently.
- Help other teams or clients with basic issues related to GCP services.
- Understand and follow best practices for using GCP services securely and efficiently.
- Create and maintain documentation for GCP setups, processes, and solutions for future reference.
- Work closely with other team members to support projects and solve problems.
Required Qualification
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Technology or Engineering related field. Post graduated candidates are also eligible.
- Experience: Anyone can apply for this role.
Required Skills
- Knowing what cloud computing is and how it works.
- Basic knowledge of GCP services like Compute Engine, Storage, and Big Query.
- Understanding of at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or SQL.
- Ability to collect, clean, and analyze data using tools like spreadsheets or simple data visualization tools.
- Ability to identify issues and come up with solutions.
- Being able to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Working well with others in a team environment.
