Roles and responsibilities

  • As this is a sales job, you need to generate leads from given database.
  • Identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process. 
  • To penetrate all targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for the company’s products and services. 
  • To set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on daily basis. 
  • To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure. 
  • To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company. 
  • To ensure that all payments are collected as per the company’s payment terms. Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements. Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan. 
  • Ready for FIELD SALES. 

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education:
    • Candidate must be graduated with at least 60% score in class 10th and 12th.
    • Having a post graduation degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Experience of 0 to 1 year is required for this position.
    • Freshers are eligible to apply for this role.

Skills Required

  • Acquisition Sales: Ability to identify, engage, and convert potential clients into long-term customers.
  • Direct Sales: Skilled in presenting and selling products directly to customers with a focus on building trust.
  • B2B Sales: Proficient in managing business-to-business sales by understanding and meeting client needs.
  • Client Acquisition: Expertise in acquiring new clients through effective communication and relationship building.
  • Business Development: Capable of driving growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding market presence.

Pre-requisite for this role

  • Candidate must have a laptop or Android with internet connection.
  • Having own vehicle is necessary.
  • Must have a driving license.
