Hyqoo is offering remote job opportunity for QA Automation Position on contractual basis. The candidate have to work as QA Automation for 6 months with Hyqoo. Desired candidate must have at least 3 years of experience.
As a QA Automation, selected candidate have to join the Quality Assurance team of Hyqoo ensuring the quality of product. Selected candidate will be responsible for performing test using Postman for testing API. Ensure the stability of software by performing Test.

Roles and responsibilities
- Conduct manual testing first to understand business needs before automation.
- Create, run, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright for end-to-end testing.
- Focus 75% of testing on API validation to ensure system reliability.
- Test mobile applications for performance and compatibility on different devices.
- Use Postman to test and validate APIs effectively.
- Work closely with developers and the QA team to align on testing goals.
- Join daily stand-up meetings and contribute to two-week sprints in an Agile setup.
- Perform regression and smoke testing to maintain software stability.
- Keep stakeholders updated on testing progress and any issues found.
- Show initiative, work independently, and meet project deadlines on time.
Qualification
- Education: Must have completed their graduation.
Eligibility
- Experience: Must have at least 2 to 3 years of experience.
Skills
- Deep understanding of QA principles with a strong focus on quality.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright for automation testing.
- Skilled in API testing, especially using Postman.
- Familiar with browser developer tools for debugging and testing.
- Ability to perform manual testing to grasp business needs clearly.
- Experience working in Agile teams and participating in sprint cycles.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript for creating and managing automation scripts.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Proactive problem-solver with a sense of ownership and responsibility.
Technical Skills
