Respond to customer queries and concerns.
Support data collection to assist in account recovery.

Analyze problems critically and provide solutions.
Exhibit a strong work ethic and collaborate effectively within a team.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Graduate (BA, BCom, BBA, BCA, BSc, BTech etc.)
Freshers and experienced both are eligible to apply.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in customer service (chat/email/voice) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written English and a neutral English accent.
A customer-centric approach with effective probing abilities.
