Key Responsibilities
- Input and verify member, provider, and invoice data.
- Validate information entered during indexing.
- Review and approve pre-authorization details.
- Detect duplicate claims and take corrective measures.
- Respond to alerts concerning providers and members.
- Refer cases to appropriate teams when additional details are required.
- Analyze and investigate policy messages using internal tools.
- Identify savings opportunities by addressing potential fraud or overcharges.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (except technical).
- Freshers are also eligible for this job role.
Skills
- Familiarity with healthcare terms and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and investigative skills.
- Prior experience in claims or data analysis is advantageous.
- Strong data entry and computer skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Good interpretation and comprehension abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and organizational skills.
