Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts for Premier Support and Escalated accounts.
- Develop action plans to resolve issues quickly and ensure smooth software implementation and operation.
- Serve as the main point of contact between customers and GE Vernova, advocating for the customer’s needs.
- Improve customer success and retention through technical support, training, and post-sales services.
- Provide solutions for customer challenges using your technical knowledge and judgment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products.
- Lead junior team members and provide guidance when necessary.
- Stay updated on GE Vernova software and customer industry practices to provide accurate, informed support.
Qualifications
Required Skills (Mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree (BA, BCom, BTech, BBA, BCA, BSc etc) OR
- High school diploma/GED (General Educational Development) with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
Good to have skills
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
- Problem-solving abilities and project management experience.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Customer-focused with a dedication to achieving customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
- Experience with GE Vernova software applications and understanding long-term planning analysis processes.
