- Collect, evaluate, and close product complaints.
- Track complaint trends and ensure timely resolution.
- Follow quality regulations and improve processes.
- Monitor and close pending issues on time.
- Assist with QA and regulatory tasks.
- Follow all company quality policies and legal rules.
- Complete required compliance training on time.
- Report and fix quality issues immediately.
- Ensure compliance with QSR and CGMP.
- Review all possible complaint sources.
- Handle and report complaints quickly.
- Maintain proper complaint records.
Qualification
- Education: Individual must be graduated in Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical engineering.
Eligibility
- Experience: This is an entry-level position, so prior experience is not mandatory. Any graduate is eligible to apply for this position.
Skills
- Work independently in a fast and rapidly changing environment.
- Minimal supervision should be required (Ability to work independently).
- Strong typing and data entry skills.
- Experience with spreadsheets and presentation software.
