Roles and responsibilities

Handle internal reporting and track company metrics.
Prepare monthly job costing reports.
Generate quarterly sales tax reports.
Create profit and loss statements.
Compile commission reports.
Manage general payments:
- Control credit card access and payments.
- Support spending needs of other departments.
- Process contractor payments.
- Identify high spending areas and negotiate with vendors.
Oversee printer payments:
- Ensure accurate and consistent billing from printers.
- Address printer inquiries about pricing and payments.

Qualification

Education: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree.

Eligibility

Preferred Experience: Candidate having more than 2 years of working in similar role will be preferred. While Freshers are eligible too.

Skills

Must be experienced in creating reports regularly.
Basic knowledge of Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
MySQL experience will be a plus.
