Roles and responsibilities
- Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy.
- Respond to questions about invoices from internal teams and clients.
- Support the finance team in managing inbound and outbound payments.
- Assist with financial reporting to aid in decision-making.
- Spot areas for improvement in financial processes and suggest solutions.
- Complete assigned tasks with precision and within deadlines.
Skills and Requirements
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify errors.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- A methodical approach to working under pressure.
Educational Qualification
Any graduate/ post graduate is eligible to apply for this position.
