Roles and responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, and web tickets (calls, emails, webforms, chats, and voicemails).
• Work on improving speed and accuracy in task completion while demonstrating strong client service skills.
• Communicate with customers from different regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC) both verbally and in writing.
• Record, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests within the defined support scope.
• Focus on client satisfaction while maintaining technical accuracy and following quality guidelines.
• Stay informed about outage updates and knowledge alerts as needed.
• Resolve assigned incidents or problems, understanding SLA and incident lifecycle.
• Report daily progress and seek guidance from supervisors regarding tasks and concerns.
• Be flexible in working different shifts as part of 24×7 operations.
• Continuously improve accuracy and speed in task handling, ensuring effective transaction processing and excellent client service.

Education

• Graduates from non-engineering backgrounds, such as B.Sc. in IT, BCA, or other science fields, from Tier 3 or non-ranked institutions.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to identify and address technical issues effectively.
• Familiarity with basic troubleshooting techniques.
