- Service Bond: There is an 18-month service commitment (which includes the 4-month training period). As part of this, you’ll need to submit refundable cheques totaling ₹1 Lakh. These cheques can be from a zero balance account.
- Stipend During Training: ₹16,000 per month for the 4-month training period, which includes all necessary statutory benefits.
- Post-Training Salary: After the training, you could earn up to ₹4 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum).
- Additional Benefits: Includes Provident Fund, Medical Benefits, and Leave benefits.
- Work Schedule: You will work 5 days a week.
