Roles and responsibilities
- Solve business problems using Machine Learning (ML) & Deep Learning (DL).
- Choose the best AI/ML techniques for each problem.
- Improve model accuracy for better business results.
- Estimate the business impact of model deployment.
- Work with teams to understand business needs and data.
- Prepare data and apply feature engineering using Python, R, SQL, or cloud tools.
- Build and deploy Deep Learning models with TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Work with text, speech, image, and video data for AI applications.
- Develop NLP models for tasks like classification, entity recognition, and text summarization.
- Build image and video analysis models using OpenCV and Deep Learning.
- Optimize Deep Learning models for maximum accuracy.
- Use visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau for model analysis.
- Deploy ML models on cloud or on-premises.
- Set up CI/CD pipelines for automated ML deployment.
- Integrate AI models with applications using REST APIs.
- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML advancements and best practices.
- Document work, write white papers, and create AI/ML assets.
Qualification
Education: To work as AIML Data scientist, candidate must hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree with relevant skills.
Eligibility
Experience: No prior work experience is required for this role.
Skills
Mandatory Skills
- Strong background in ML, statistics, and mathematics.
- Experience with Git/GitHub for version control.
- Knowledge of cloud AI solutions, GPUs, big data, and microservices.
- Understanding of data security, privacy, and API gateways.
- Ability to turn prototypes into scalable solutions.
- Skilled in estimating the business impact of ML models.
Additional skills
- Active in open-source communities and platforms like Kaggle.
- Experience handling large datasets with PySpark/Hadoop.
- Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning.
- Familiarity with Optimization and Genetic Algorithms.
- Experience scaling Deep Learning models for real-world applications.
- Ability to fine-tune Deep Learning models for maximum accuracy.
- Understanding of stream data processing, RPA, edge computing, and AR/VR.
- Awareness of digital ethics and data privacy principles.
- Experience with AI & Cognitive platforms like Azure ML, IBM Watson, AWS SageMaker, and Google Cloud (a plus).
- Familiarity with AI platforms like DataRobot, CognitiveScale, and H2O.ai (a plus).
