Required Skills
- Watch several hundred videos per shift and provide responses based on accuracy, speed, and best practices.
- Take breaks at pre-defined times and ensure 6.8 to 7 hours daily are spent answering videos.
- For work-from-home associates, maintain a dedicated workspace with a table, chair, and good lighting.
- Ensure work-related data is not accessed by anyone other than the employee.
